Shift Leader
I was a trusted key holder in charge of both opening and closing the store. I used my cash management skills in the store running the register, making deposts and also keeping track of money while delivering. I created schedule's and delegated assignments effectively. I successfully resolved customer complaints and satisfied both the customer I served and the staff I led. I was in charge of biweekly food orders and daily inventory. I maintained product quality and cleanliness of store and food service equipment. I used a POS system and assorted scales to weigh or measure ingredients and provide correct portions.I also worked in the corporate office training franchisee's for one summer. My supervisor and I collaborated to make successful changes to the program. Franchisees were very happy with our effort and help in transitioning them into a new entrepenuer position.
