While a student in Management Sciences at FUCAM (UCL Mons), I decided to specialize in Finance & Audit. After graduating, I joined Deloitte because the consulting industry is an opportunity to meet companies of all sizes in various sectors and gain a real & intense first experience.However, I quickly realized that my career path did not lie there. I was more interested in the “advisory” & “value creation” aspects, and the idea of bringing to my customers solutions as well as helping them to grow. As from 2009, I joined Allyum where I have been actively participating to several activities and gained a lot of experience in Finance, from Financial Advisory to Private Equity Services.Working with many different customers in various industries gives me a very broad experience and this I can feed back into my customer relations. For company managers, close advisors are often a sounding board: I can share my view on complex business/financial situations and discuss them in complete confidentiality. My position outside the company means that I can give a fair opinion and say things as they are.From 2012 to 2019, I have hold a position of Manager in Corporate Finance and I have been in charge of many M&A projects, including valuation, due diligence and negotiation, bringing my financial expertise in each case with an expertise in the retail and food segments.As a Director since 2019, I currently assume increased and new responsibilities of leading a Team of Corporate Finance experts and help my company to achieve key strategic & organisational objectives.Next to my Master in business from the University of Mons, I'm also certified in M&A, accounting & financial management.
