I am closely involved in a senior capacity in various client engagements providing accountancy, audit, consultancy and advisory services.► Act as a client lead and point of contact to a number of businesses, charities, credit unions and sole traders.► Assisting clients in areas of business, tax and compliance and a lead role in statutory audits of financial statements where an audit is required.► Preparation of management accounts for a number of clients including financial institutions such as Credit Unions.► Involved in the preparation of a number of reports to the Central Bank of Ireland on the controls and operational aspects of credit unions under its regulation.► Review of personal and business tax returns of clients before submission to Revenue.► Preparation of accompanying management information such as comparatives, useful financial narrative, management letters and reports.► Ensuring timely submission of annual accounts of clients with the Companies Registration Office.► Dealing with Revenue, Central Bank, Companies Office, Charities Regulator etc. on behalf of clients on various compliance matters.► Involvement in various consultancy engagements with respect to transfer of credit union undertakings.
