Human Resources Manager
CurrentSupport risk mitigation efforts and lead junior personnel in the service of dozens of clients and the fulfilment of more than 1,200 positions nationwide. Source, screen and hire candidates for positions based at our Corporate Headquarters (Talent Acquisition Specialists, Social Media Manager etc.) as well as at our customer sites around the country. Design and deliver new hire and recurring training to internal staff and leased-HR services customers. Assist with development and revision of policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve employee questions and concerns. Manage worker's compensation claims, unemployment claims and WOTC applications. Administer onboardings, counseling sessions, disciplinary processes and terminations. Serve as a subject matter expert on matters relating to Human Resources and Employment Law, including ADA, USERRA, FMLA, FLSA and HIPAA. Enforce safety protocols related to MIOSHA, OSHA and CDC/Covid policies.
