Odvtedy sme spolu prešli dlhú cestu, kde ako Junior Konzultant som sa opätovne zoznamoval so SAP procesmi, business procesmi a celkovým pohľadom na riadenie projektov. A riadenie projektov sa stalo mojím kariérnym cieľom.JUST IT Solutions mi pomohlo v transformácii z konzultanta na projektového manažéra – dostával som čiastkové úlohy týkajúce sa riadenia a postupne som preberal na seba väčšiu a väčšiu zodpovednosť.Dnes som plnohodnotným PjM v našej spoločnosti, ktorý má za sebou viacero úspešných implementácii, riadení testovania a riadení podpory. Spolupracujem na konsolidácii interných procesov na riadenie projektov tak, aby spĺňali najvyššie štandardy riadenia a najnovšie trendy v oblasti riadenia SAP projektov.
