I'm on a mission to create more inclusive and engaged communities and teams. My greatest passion is raising awareness and access to healthcare by providing patients with access to research and advocacy. I have spent my entire career uniting volunteers, Boards of directors, and senior leadership into a clear vision and robust action for nonprofit health organizations, including Arthritis Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the American Diabetes Association. As the Regional Vice President of Arthritis Foundation, I successfully managed seven markets across the Northeast, exceeding project fundraising goals and implementing a national program for Live Yes! Arthritis Network. Before joining Arthritis Foundation, I led the organizational vision and strategy execution for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as its Executive Director, where I managed a team of 14 and up to a $12M budget. I successfully spearheaded the launch of the corporate development task force and achieved over $6.5M in special events revenue through earning corporate sponsorships from top-tier partners including Avis, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, KPMG, and more. I believe that collaborative leadership is a powerful practice to drive organizational growth and team engagement. I'm proud to be known by my colleagues as a diversity champion, intuitive professional, and proven fundraiser. In addition to my hands-on work, I studied marketing at St. John's University and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace at the University of South Florida. When I'm not creating engagement through inclusion, I spend my days in New York City as a devoted wife, mom, daughter, sister, and community leader. I am an avid Tennis watcher and globetrotter who believes traveling inspires creativity and positivity.
