I believe in the connection between body and mind. I’m passionate about helping people to achieve their full potential in life and sport, through movement and intention. I am an accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. A former elite triathlete and State competitor in swimming, water polo and basketball myself, my background is in sports coaching, remedial therapy, exercise science and clinical Pilates. In 2014, I developed Springys, a new exercise system to complement my philosophy of preventative strength conditioning which incorporates rehab, prehab and performance conditioning.Springys is the only body-mind-connection system which truly conditions, restores and enhances the body’s core and overall strength and wellness. Springys acknowledges the principles of strength and conditioning, Pilates, proprioception and mindfulness, and goes beyond these to help people feel good every day through raising body awareness, functional movement and prehab.
