I'm taking care of project and account management for Jelle Krings, a Dutch photographer and filmmaker. We're focussing on his latest project: Iron People - Ukraine's Railway Workers. To create a museum and travelling exhibition.

Project Manager / Account Manager - After resigning in February 2020 (not knowing how unlucky this timing was due to Covid-19), while living in Sydney and moving to The Netherlands I started doing freelance/contract work. I've worked at Dok88 (assisting in different project management capacities and implementing a new planning system), Utrecht Leert (Project Manager Communications) and am currently working for Jelle Krings, a photojournalist and film maker (studio/exhibition manager).

Regional Partnerships Manager - After the launch of our new strategy, I took on this new role within the organization. From setting up the regional partnership strategy, finding the right partners in the first two regions, implementing the partnerships, setting up workflows, to an evaluation structure. Meanwhile involving all different departments, working with people from all different background and cultures around the world. Besides the role of regional partnership manager, I am also highly involved in other projects, for example the Contest, Exhibitions, Development and the Winners Program, when the winners of the photo contest are visiting Amsterdam for a 5 day programme, including the Award Show and the Public day.

Project Manager Communications

Assisting in different project management capacities and implementing a new planning system.

After traveling within our state NSW (Australia), we moved back to The Netherlands after 7 years living our dream in Sydney.

Responsible for Branding, Strategy, Marketing Campaigns and Memberships for all different outlets (The Club House, bars, restaurants, event centre and fitness centres and the Boonoona ski lodge). Involved in big events like the City Tattersalls Club Cup Race Day at Royal Randwick being the biggest event of the year. Implementation of the CTC Young Professionals Network, with the objective to attract younger members in the Sydney CBD. Focus on building and maintaining relationships internal and external. To enable growth of the Membership base in a changing environment, within a team that was always open to new opportunities and had to face different challenges.

I was involved in the end to end process of full service campaigns for various clients. Reporting to the managing director I worked for clients like Australian Bananas/Eggs/Mushrooms/Avocados, Solahart (Solar Hot Water and Solar Power), Natbuild, Rabobank, Dominos Enterprises and Knowledge Water (an Indigenous Community crowd funding campaign).

Responsible for production of DFR (Defence Force Recruitment Army and Air Force) campaigns. As well as a non-profit project for the Rural Fire Service together with partners Google and The Pool Collective.

Temporary project manager for starting-up projects in the development team using SCRUM. This included writing requirement documentation, wireframe testing and additional design for AfroCab.

As a consultant at Randstad I fulfilled the role of accountmanager, project manager and also employer of casual workers. I often assisted other branches or teams, to make certain processes more efficient. I also implemented planning software for our own team and one of our clients.
