As Manager Global Learning & Development (Global HR, member of HR Leadership team) at global biotech Crucell, a Johnson & Johnson company, I was responsible for building Crucell's global learning and development strategy, framework, and programs, and in my last year aligning it with Johnson & Johnson's corporate TM/LD strategy, programs and processes. I worked with HR and the business on building, facilitating and implementing a variety of learning and leadership development programs and interventions focused on individual, team and organizational performance improvement. With passion and drive I contributed to building a culture where continuous learning, training and development is perceived as valuable and a key success factor for organizational performance.It was a joy and a privilage to work with, coach and facilitate executives, managers, scientists, and all other bright and passionate employees in their personal, professional, leadership and organizational development.
