Martin is a partner at Taylor Wessing in Vienna. He heads the CEE groups Competition and Compliance.He is an acknowledged expert in the field of Austrian and European competition law including merger control and multi-jurisdictional-filings throughout CEE. Besides advising in antitrust investigations, abuse of dominance and contractual competition restraints, he also has a focus on antitrust and penalty proceedings as well as settlements before the Courts.Furthermore, Martin has strong experience in all aspects of compliance, e.g. the design of compliance programs. Martin’s activities within compliance also encompass trainings, workshops and audits. In addition, he is auditor with the Austrian Conformity Assessment Bodies for Compliance Management Systems.He also regularly advises clients in insurance law including regulatory aspects.
