Born in the United Kingdom, I attended the Buckinghamshire New University, concluding my studies at the University of Essex in 2011. In 2021 I achieved my Canadian citizenship.I started my professional career in the motor insurance industry in 2012. I went from a regular intern to innovating ways to streamline recovery operations. I decided to advance my career into fraud intelligence which ultimately gained me the expertise needed to become a fraud case handler. In 2020, three days before lock down, I joined Simply Benefits with the ambition of building Canada's first fully end-to-end digital health insurance platform. During my time at Simply Benefits, we achieved nominations for Innovator of the Year and my direct work within the claims sector nominated best service provider.My passions in business are Project Management, People Operations and Business Innovation. I like to keep my mind sharp by analytical problem solving, being creative and applying a chess-like strategy to decisions.I am currently studying to sit the CAPM exam through the PMI and I am always looking to diversify and gain further knowledge.I treat people how I would like to be treated and put my vast array of experience into every task I undertake.
