Developed proactive community engagement strategies to grow third party event programs. Worked collaboratively to develop and execute new and compelling community event fundraising programs such as, SickKids Activators, Warriors, and Kids VS Limits, that deepen donor engagement, and build new partnerships and fundraising opportunities.

Worked collaboratively with the team in building relationships with corporate donors. Identified opportunities for growth as it pertained to fundraising support and internal business processes. Was responsible for creative strategy development for workplace giving programs.

Provided professional first contact with donors, advisors, and those seeking information about SickKids. Represented and spoke on behalf of SickKids at corporate events, while analyzing the effectiveness of sponsorship and cause marketing functions. Co-lead the planning, implementation, and stewardship of the annual Ontario Rheumatologist Association (ORA) Walk to Fight Arthritis, and the Rock the Joint evening event. Participated in updating function sheets, liaising and tracking activities associated with corporate sponsors, soliciting prizes for raffle and auction. Communicated with the National office with regards to marketing materials and logistics, event implementations, and post event stewardship and follow up.
