Directs internal operations and develops new areas of business to achieve budgeted results and to preserve capital funds invested in the business.

• Reviews project proposal or plan to secure time frame, funding, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources throughout various phases of the peojct• Assists with tendering, reviewing, remediation, recommending contractors, implementation, handover and close out of projects• Leadership style guidance provided to others which ensures both contractual and technical matters are handled effectively• Manage the finances of the department, ensuring that all departmental budgets are adhered to

• Group leader of the project department Norway/west.• Responsible for projects in the Oil and Gas segment.• Develop project budgets• Follow-up of engineers, subcontractors and other necessary resources for projects• Ensuring good governance and communication between parties involved in the delivery• Ensure the implementation as agreed to and approved procedures• Assist the BID team in the pre-sale phase with resource estimations and project plans.

• Responsible for the following onboard all Teekay owned ships managed out of Norway (at the time 21 ships). • All IT systems, installations, network and equipment onboard.• Plan, pilot and implement new technology.• Keep close contact with the business to understand demands and needs on board the vessels.• 3rd and some 2nd level support.• Part of the global team to support Teekay’s international fleet.

• Visiting various ships for repairing/installing onboard.• Working closely with the System Administrator.• Helpdesk for both ships and office.• Working with the System Administrator in designing and building a complete network and system in change of office building
