Martin is enjoying his career as an executive, innovator, and entrepreneur in multiple industries. Successful with global leaders such as Visa and Vodafone, as well as with start-ups as CEO/CXO, from high-tech to bio-tech. Martin's responsibilities have exceeded 1000s of people, and has generated over $2 billion in new revenue and $5 billion in new company value. His international acumen comes from hands-on work in over 20 countries, including Europe, CIS, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. A notable example is that he was responsible for the innovations and leadership as COO that created Vodafone's most successful subsidiary company in customer and revenue growth and profitability. Martin is co-founder of Voodoo Scientific where he and co-founder/ChiefScience Officer Joana Montenegro have made the scientific discovery of what causes the harsh bite in spirits, then developed the only means to eradicate this harshness from spirits (patent-pending), and in their proof-of-concept trials made the world’s first completely smooth spirits — whiskey / vodka / tequila / rum / brandy. Currently they are in production scale-up to then provide their product to distillers worldwide for them to finally be able to make their spirits products truly smooth.Aside from career, Martin recently accomplished a world record in weight lifting endurance for the Good-Morning lift — Most Weight Lifted in One Hour at 162,000 lbs (81 tons).Academically, Martin is an alumnus of Stanford University where he concurrently earned M.B.A. and M.Ed. degrees.
