Designed and developed REST APIs and graphql services for the advertising campaign data graph and kafka data/event pipelines. APIs written in ASP.Net Core and HotChocolate GraphQL with persistence in MSSQL and Entity Framework for the ORM. Asynchronous data streams using Kafka and a combination of Java Springboot Kstream applications and KConnect. CI/CD done in Teamcity and Octopus using Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration and Artifactory for repository management.Major Projects/Contributions:* Developed initial designs for and contributed to final implementation of Ad Campaign Reporting Services. Used GraphQl as a query language to store and retrieve user defined reports for analyzing campaign metrics.* Developed a new integration testing suite for Campaign Management Services using Gauge and Typescript. Incorporated into CI/CD pipeline to provide integration test artifact for PRs. Use OpenAPI Generator tools and swashbuckle to automatically generate the JS client.* During AWS migration learned terraform and became an SME across orgs .Leader in advertiser groups migration, setting up a majority of the shared infrastructure. Migrated servers to RDS servers, evaluated migrations to MSK. Integrate with third parties to acquire and transform payment and billing data for healthcare providers. Primary goal to transition a legacy php stack requiring deploys for new integrations to a greenfield configuration driven ruby stack with a Vue JS front end allowing support staff to handle new deployments freeing up developer time and decreasing go-live schedules.In 3 months I learned php to transition the legacy stack to a deployed system in ruby with no prior experience in either language.

After 5 years of DoD embedded real-time software I decided it was time for a challenge and a change of pace. I now work in C# and JAVA retrieving, processing, enriching, storing, and presenting HRS candidate data.My team has a very broad focus, we manage and develop REST APIs both in AWS and on a legacy MSFT monolith. We have systems for managing API integrations with enterprise systems to retrieve candidate data. We manage an FTP server for data collection and also have several homebrew tooling UIs to manage our data and processes.

HOST Standard Development and Prototyping for NAVAIRDevelopment of an open chassis management standard for military systems and design and testing of prototype system to inform standard development. Responsibilities include initial design, implementation, and verification of prototype software and support for future development and platform integration. Key role in development of current standard; responsible for development of major portions of architectural design, ICD development, and other major software sections.Worked closely with development team on implementing standard sections for demonstration prototype in C++ using GHS Integrity. Followed a design first approach and incorporated Agile processes.Raytheon Services FACE Conformance PortWorked with a small team to reverse engineer existing software base and re-build it as a FACE conformant functional replacement. Biggest challenges were a large FACE Standard learning curve and tight scheduling. FACE PILE demoA feasibility demonstration for NAVAIR using the FACE and UCS standards, Minotaur correlator, and CLIP to transfer track and video information from a ground station to an airship. Primary responsibilities are to support CLIP integration and FACE conformance efforts. Development target is Linux and LynxOS. Code base is a combination of C++, Python, Perl, and XML based configuration/code generation tools.

Major efforts to integrate new hardware design utilizing two FPGAs from Xilinx with new common code base derived from 4 distinct PASCAL sources ported to C89. Development and port was performed in the Xilinx SDK 14.0 built on Eclipse. Aircraft system level communication protocols implemented included ARINC 429, ARINC 629, and ARINC 739.GPCore FPGA Graphics Core OpenGL DriverA R&D program seeking to protect designs from part obsolescence by moving graphics processing to an FPGA implemented core. Integrated Silicon graphics driver into new HW design. A multi-threaded demo application was built on the GreenHills Integrity 11 RTOS on a single core Freescale PowerPC chip.

Lead and work with small group of devoted graduate and undergraduate Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in the design, development, and integration of new components for a Hybrid Electric Vehicle.
