In June 2014, I helped launch the company's Facebook pages "Spoorveiligheid" and "Sécurité Ferroviaire" (Rail Safety). I monitored and helped manage Infrabel's YouTube channel and worked on a policy for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media.My day-to-day routine included overviewing the tasks of the social media team, organising editorial meetings, searching and writing new posts and updating the content calendar, developing new campaigns, contests, visual materials and so on, monitoring the activities on our channels using Engagor (an online monitoring tool), etc. Show less
