Technical Leader
CurrentResponsibilities:- Align to the strategic vision and product vision from the technical architecture.- Lead the development sprint.- Supervise the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the improvements made on the products.- Ensure the generation of functional and technical designs of the solutions from the approved needs and that they adhere to the principles and standards defined by Poincenot.- Manage the product development and delivery support team.- Record and validate the progress of the product development backlog and development sprints.- Validate the deliverables of the development team and the achievement of milestones.- Report and analyze the progress of the product development backlog.- Manage the development of human resources in their area in regard to management of the performance, training, coaching and motivation.- Carry out a professional and comprehensive administration of the product development backlog: scope, time, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, training.- Identify risks and problems that do not allow compliance with previously agreed deadlines and scale them early.- Ensure compliance with defined design and development policies, methodology and standards by the organization.- Carry out periodic diagnoses on Information Technology / Information Systems (IT/SI) and design the roadmap that allows facing a process of technological change, aligned to the business model of the organization (in line with its Strategic Plan).- Capture trends in technological innovation in the market, aligning them with the strategy of business of the organization.
