I was in charge of all communication strategies (Branding, Sell Branding, and Digital) at the Lead Agency for Volkswagen Mexico. Each model and launch I seeked to create profiles, territories, and / or archetypes that adapted to the culture based on data. Involved monthly with the Marketing and Sales team looking to understand the actual situation and bring to the table actions that can move the business.Also responsible to create and homologate Shell's Mexico communication strategies, ensuring that the messages from the different touchpoints, such as Out of Home, Social Media, and partners like Waze, are all aligned with the Master Brand Strategy, as well as a Lead Agency role. In addition, I work as a local leader with the Regional Strategic team of Wunderman Thompson to secure Shell's global campaigns maintain their cultural relevance.

GO gave me the chance to open the Planning department in a Group who has a Creative and Media Agency together. Interesting challenge to learn from the Media Agency but also the fact that culture of the Group did not have Strategic Planning. My role was to function as a common thread through the different departments: New Business, Business Intelligence, Creative, Media and Technology with the aim of promoting digital communication strategies focused on Brands and Business.

My main Clients were Nestlé, Hoteles.com, Axa Assistance, Citibanamex and Motorola.This was a gratifying experience beyond benchmarks, Digital and Social Strategies, analysis/prospecting of digital trends. These were years evolving as a Strategic Planner, in charge of de department for 7 months, selected for regional training in Perú with Wunderman LATAM, and participation in WPP negotiation/feedback group courses, creation and moderation of regional workshops with clients.A very complete experience, as a planner but above all I learned a lot of leadership and teamwork.

Worked on different industries over time with Clients like: MasterCard, L’Oréal, y American Airlines, Toyota de Venezuela, Cervecería Regional, Alimentos Munchy.As an account executive I was able to learn by coordinating and executing campaigns with diverse goals such as: Brand Building (refresh image/new image), Promotions, Stadium Activations, Photoshoots, TVC, and Radio. These tasks led me obtain a brand perspective towards the Client´s necessities (ATL/BTL) and how the agency could respond beyond creativity and communication.
