As a Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer, I lead and execute content strategies on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, optimizing donation processing workflows. My work spans websites for the ASU Alumni Association, ASU Enterprise Partners, ASU Foundation, and about 13 other properties. I spearheaded the development of Drupal modules and custom functionalities for more than thirty websites across various units and programs within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. My responsibilities extend to managing our college's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Qualtrics instances, offering support and training for these platforms to our schools. As a member of a developer team, I contributed to the successful transition of websites to the latest Drupal version. Moreover, we've crafted application solutions utilizing the MERN JavaScript stack—MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js—to streamline tasks and empower our website content editors. Additionally, I've created tailored marketing campaign reports using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to enhance our analytics capabilities.

As the Web Director I was the lead developer and implementation manager of the Team Infographics (teaminfographics.com) web application platform since its inception. I also oversaw web projects and implemented custom applications for clients. Team Infographics is a content management system for professional sports teams and college athletic departments. The Team Infographics system is used to create customized data visualizations and infographics that included photos which clients can then share with fans across their social media profiles and other networks. The system allows clients to create fan engagement content and score updates at a fraction of the time. On a daily basis I used graphics editors, and a full LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) stack for application development with an emphasis on mobile devices and user experience. Fuzzy Red Panda is responsible for creating branding, graphics and marketing solutions for university athletic departments, professional sports entities, and many other companies needing to maximize their exposure in the very competitive environment they exist in. The Team Infographics platform supplemented this for our clients.

Researched and implemented local and regional marketing strategies when starting the business. Developed a business feasibility report, to determine if the venture would be profitable. Provided customer service and maintenance to products that we developed. Developed PHP, ASP, XHTML and CSS code for websites, and web applications which includes graphic design.

I redeveloped the credit union's intranet using WordPress. I also implemented a web analytics reporting plan, and return on investment plan regarding my position and website statistics. Created and sent custom email marketing campaigns to members regarding auto, mortgage, and other loan promotions going on at a given time while reports show us how effective these campaigns have been. Managed relationships with chat, hosting, remote desktop, online banking, and eStatement vendors to provide these services to GECU members, and support their issues. I also develop media such as slideshows, videos, newsletters, custom graphics, posters, flyers, and banners for various events and for our own locally hosted web newsletter viewed by over 700 employees. I have worked with large vendors such as Intuit to provide online banking, website hosting solutions, and other services for our members using their financial institution tools as well as customizing them to provide our members a great experience.
