I developed in a self-managed team a conversational Telegram chatbot to serve curated programming information creating a webhook between a back-office API (built by other team members) and Dialogflow. When a definition wasn’t available on the back-office service the chatbot apologized, as an improvement I implemented Wikipedia’s API to quickly answer the request and internally alerts admins writing an audit record. Consequently, I created a method to list all definitions that bot couldn’t answer.
