- Development of Product Test Specification for Interior Body & Security- Technical Support to Continental Manufacturing sites (NA/AP/EU)- Product families: Doors and seats, BCMs

 Technical specialist in products parametric performance and test systems. Follow up / Drive improvements on key metrics by focus on process’ yield (board level, assembly level and finish good), scrap and equipment utilization. Implement at CM site procedure to safely control releases of bundle packages (SW). Driving partners to become self sufficient in terms of test system, troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance. Support Test Stations and SW setup / installation for legacy and NPI products Interact on site with Outsourced Partners on local daily / weekly yield review meetings Support Launches & Ramps for NPIs (Qual / Run@Rate/Ramp) First point of contact and liaison between the CM and RIM8 Engg / Design teams (headquarters / design centers) Coordinate visits from RIM engg teams to the CM site when launching NPIs Help to coordinate activities focused to process improvements, change validation / implementation, and process audits. Actively interact with design centers when experiencing yield issues / field returns caused by the product Coordinate / Manage Engineering Changes (TDN/ECN) at different CM sites Collaborate to achieve quarterly business goals
