Responsible for the development of interactive, user-friendly tables, reports, and dashboards based on multiple forms of institutional data. Analyzes institutional needs to develop solutions and strategies and provides related training to constituents. Encourages a campus culture of curiosity, accountability, growth, and achievement to support student success and continuous improvement. Facilitates access to data with an emphasis on accuracy and transparency. Helps translate data to information and advises assessment efforts to enhance effective decision-making.

Responsibilities include the management of university systems with a particular focus on the campus access control systems and priority support for offices with specialized needs. Typically analyze user needs to develop solutions, provide related user training, and oversee hardware installation by vendors.​Enterprise Systems & Solutions (ESS) works daily with the enterprise software and systems used on campus: the authentication system, identity management, middleware, access control systems, electronic records systems, digital forms, the campus website, and more.

I helped develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies while documenting, tracking, and reporting data and program outcomes. I liaised across departments and divisions to create opportunities, address inequities, and increase effective communication. I provided academic, financial, and career counseling to promote positive college adjustment and to assist EOP students in managing the emotional energies and experiences that come with college life. Provided original, remedial instruction to students enrolled in General Education Math courses. Planned for time and space requirements based on class size and individual schedules. Records of attendance were maintained for compliance with syllabus and/or probationary requirements. Sessions were evaluated by the students to track quality and efficacy.

The OIG is focused on understanding and utilizing data to develop processes, tools, and products to help identify fraud, waste, and abuse. Additionally, we make data-driven decisions using key performance indicators and metrics to produce innovative approaches to improve processes, increase visibility in oversight activities, and gain insights into emerging risks and trends. With the fast-moving changes in technology and Postal Service operations, the OIG is always striving to utilize data insights to ensure we have the skills and resources to meet those new challenges.

Signals intelligence (SIGINT) analysts' duties encompass all facets of signals intelligence analysis and supervision of selected collection and EW/COMSEC operations. The analyst develops and maintains records on technical aspects of target emitters, develops and maintains communications order of battle files, situation maps, and other related SIGINT files. Analysts prepare and issue reports to include intelligence reports, technical reports, and summaries. They also perform SIGINT briefings and author SIGINT intelligence products for intelligence customers at various classification levels and parent organizations.
