I was responsible for over 300 employees in the management team and over 4000 sales stylists in my three regions.

Serve as Director of Human Resources for this multi-business empire consisting of Recording Studios, Hospitality Management, which is inclusive of five restaurants and two hotels, as well as the real estate portfolio for the organization. I spearheaded the establishment and execution of the Human Resources department from its inception, strategically crafting benefit programs, training initiatives, recruitment processes, organizational development strategies, legal compliance frameworks, and developing internet-based HR systems and intranet employee self-service systems. Additionally, I introduced performance management systems and oversaw payroll/compensation functions. One of the notable achievements was seamlessly transitioning the company from a self-insured to a fully insured health insurance program. This strategic move saved the company $380K annually and expanded benefit coverage while reducing employee and employer contributions. In safety, I formulated a comprehensive program inclusive of employee incentives, resulting in a 60% reduction in claims activity.
