Devised project plan to complete project on time and within budget. Plan to achieves the goals and objectives of the project and define project scope and determining what resources are available, estimating time, financial commitment and report on project progress. Assign project team and assign job responsibilities. Create defined schedule and estimate task durations and maintain realistic schedule updates. Determine proper funding for projects and keeping the project within the budget. Maintain constant communications with all parties involved in the project and issue progress updates regularly. Provide high level of quality control to deliver the best product possible. Manage any/all issues and risk which may occur and resolve them quickly. Collect all documentation and archive for future reference on similar projects.

Manage the day-to-day activities to ensure that the project milestone dates and overall schedule completion date is met. Creating look-ahead project schedules that make sure that upcoming projects are communicated, tracked and are being proactively attended to. Creating and maintaining a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness. Managing and coordinating the work and workforce to ensure that projects are constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner that is consistent with best-practices standards. Verifying that all work is installed in a workmanlike manner (i.e.: plumb, level, straight, etc...). Ensuring that the quality aspects of the physical work are fully documented. Meeting with client representatives to discuss the status of projects, to proactively identify and resolve problems and to assure that the client is kept knowledgeable about the status of the work. Managing project activities to ensure that work is being performed within the established project budget. Managing changes in project scope to ensure that the most contemporary contract documents are being used at all times to prevent avoidable rework. Administering contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other agreement to ensure that the scope, terms and conditions are consistently and proactively being met. Maintaining daily paperwork such as business development, accounting timecards, field reports, schedule updates and E-mail correspondence. Providing timely and cordial interaction with supporting work groups, Directing and managing the work loads of supporting staff to include training.
