My research interests mainly relate to decision-making and operations research analysis in various areas with the focus on performance and efficiency analysis. Expertise in using Multi-criteria Decision Analysis methods, such as Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methods.I defended my doctoral thesis "Proposal of funding methodology for higher education" in June, 2014. The thesis was related to the Czech higher eduation system and through the mathematical modeling (using DEA methodology) I analyzed performance of Higher education institutions in the Czech Republic. The proposal of funding was built on all important trends and studies related to Czech higher education in the Czech Republic.Given courses: Decision-making Models, Operations Research, Optimization methods and Theory of Science.Member of the Mexican National System of Researchers (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores) of the National Council of Science and Technology (Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología - CONACyT); International Society on MCDA.
