Trygghansa and Codan are owned by an English Insurance company named Royal Sun Alliance, below referred as Trygghansa/Codan.The role consisted of 3 departments with a total span of control of ca 55 FTE’s across the Nordics including 4 managers.• Indirect procurement – yearly procurement amounted to 900 MDKK with a span of control of 8 FTE’s Nordic including 1 manager.• Finance Development & Governance. Department runned all projects within Finance, system, functional and process related, such as SII, implementation of a new Nordic General ledger, delegated authority etc. Span of control of 15 FTE’s including 1 manager. • Head of Trygg Hansa & Codan’s shared service center. Responsible for accounts receivables, accounts payables, travel expenses and all cash & bank activities. Span of control of 30 FTE’s in Sweden including 2 managers.

Leading a department responsible for all Nordic financial reporting, statutory, fiscal and compliance related - both to external and internal stakeholders such as the Board and HQ in UK. Accountable for the Trygghansa/Codan’s investment portfolio of 34 BDKK – securing that we both follows the Board’s investment instructions and maximize the portfolio yield. Responsible for all indirect procurement within Nordics – yearly procurement amounted to 900 MDKK. Span of control of 22 FTE’s across Nordic, 5 managers.

Responsible for the Nordic Solvency II (SII) Program - The Solvency II is an EU Directive that codifies and harmonizes all EU Insurance regulations. The TryggHansa/Codan Program had a yearly budget of approximately 70 MDKK and I was leading around 50 fulltime employees organized in three Pillars/Work streams. I functionally reported to the Nordic CFO and dotted lined to the Global HQ SII Program director.

Responsible for building and executing go to market plans, drive sales and creating attractive financial solutions to primarily companies within Telco and Automotive, like Telia, Ericsson and Volvo Cars AB.

Silicon Graphics was in the late 90’s world leading vendor in High Performance Computing and graphic rendering, with customers mainly in the automotive, defense and academic sectors. I was leading a team responsible for all of Silicon Graphics Nordics management and statutory reporting including tax, reporting to SGI HQ in Reading. We also created budgets, management reports and other finance ad hoc reporting. I was leading a team of 12 FTEs distributed in all Nordic countries. Reporting to CEO and member of Silicon Graphics subsidiary leadership team.
