Improving how cross-functional teams collaborate to execute on strategic initiatives. • Provide our executive sponsors with clarity on the benefits and effectiveness of team-first delivery by integrating people, role, strategy, work, and cost data sets into decision support tooling. Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), 2022 - Present: • Enabled the ABC’s geographically distributed remote-first teams to develop content streaming and engagement products to their audiences.
