My unique vantage point ensures I can add value at any level of any sized organization.In 2001, I joined Kraft Foods, where I have held various Finance and Accounting positions across multiple business functions and business units. In 2009, I accepted the role of Finance Director at BigTick, a maturing start-up in need of financial and operational talent to help maintain its rapid growth. Its Financial Services and Software unit (Mirus Futures) provided trading tools to active traders. Its IT Managed Services unit (7Ticks) provided IT infrastructure for high-speed electronic trading participants. I was responsible for due diligence when 7Ticks was sold to Interactive Data in 2010, after which I turned my focus on Mirus Futures. In 2014, I was responsible for Mirus Futures’ acquisition by NinjaTrader Group. The combination of best-in-class financial services and award-winning software allowed us to consolidate and improve the customer service experience, use our scale to slash prices to our loyal customer base, and create a wealth of opportunity for our employees. In 2017, I was promoted to COO, which added responsibility for business operations to my previous CFO responsibilities. In 2019, I was promoted to CEO with responsibility for all business entities, products and services, and business functions.
