Building up a new EdTech platform using talking AI avatars. Setting architecture and personally developing C# Unity apps for Web, VR, Desktop, Mobile, backends in Python and Node.js, language models for conversation and frontend in React, plus CI/CD for deploying all securely to cloud vendors. Recruiting and mentoring junior developers as well as many interns and master thesis students.

As a side project to my current job, I co-founded the game publisher Helmgast, that crowdfunds and produces printed/digital hybrid role-playing games. As CTO, I've developed our custom content management system using Flask / Python / MongoDB on Docker, and as Producer, I've led the work on the post-cyberpunk game Neotech.

Head of Strategy for Ericsson's second largest region and a member of the regional leadership team. Heading up a team across Japan, China and Korea, responsible for understanding and forecasting market trends, scouting and evaluating partnerships and M&As, developing strategies and creating frameworks for executing those strategies across the region. Selected for the R&D Global Graduate trainee program, I did several rotations to different job functions and locations.First rotation was as a Software Engineer in Photonics (Optical Transmission), where my role was to introduce Agile methodologies. Second rotation was to develop innovation management based in the Group Function Strategy at HQ.- Introduced Agile to experienced software teams- Conducted a technical and pre-study and feasability study for a new global venture into mobile money and remittance,- Built an internal community for innovation and interviewed innovation leaders in the company.

A member of the Application and Concept Development Team, working with development and research for demonstrators and future products in the area of national security and crisis management. Applications focused on Geographical Information Systems and Service Oriented Architectures in Java.Participated in the entire development chain from customer needs analysis, prototyping, pre-studies and feasibility studies to concept and product development to national and regional customers.

Manages the production of the forthcoming science fiction roleplaying game "NX". Includes running several web communities, researching future trends, writing and designing the game, coordinating illustrators and writers. Have previously co-written several game books and articles.
