If you'd like to know a bit about me, here are the headlines...* I am a business psychologist, specialising in the application of positive psychology to improve workplace wellbeing and engagement* I am a founding director of Work Positive, a consultancy that works internationally with companies that want to bring the best out of their people* I am the co-creator of the At My Best range of professional tools, including the popular Strengths Cards (used by coaches, facilitators, managers, teachers and many other professionals, in more than 50 countries)* I am also one of the creators of Woohooyoo, which is possibly the most lovely and meaningful gift ever created (honestly, you should take a look at it!)* I'm rather lucky (how else can you explain my wonderful family and the amazing team of people I get to work with?!) * and, if you care about such things, I have Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society and am a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council in the UK.If you want to know more than that, I guess you'll have to ask. ;)
