In charge of hiring apx. 150 new employees per month (Retail, Call center, HQ). Leading teams in four locations (15+ direct reports). Covering end to end recruitment process & employer branding. Apart from delivering the targets my priority was to set up unified and efficient processes and methodology. Our basic duties also included: design of sales contests, MGM acquisition tools, fleet offers.
