In charge of hiring apx. 150 new employees per month (Retail, Call center, HQ). Leading teams in four locations (15+ direct reports). Covering end to end recruitment process & employer branding. Apart from delivering the targets my priority was to set up unified and efficient processes and methodology. Plus to upgrade structured of sources of hires with emphasis on active sourcing and referrals.

Reshaped the way how Česká spořitelna is attracting and acquiring talent. From traditional "post&pray" approach to modern & proactive in-house talent acquisition team covering "end to end" recruitment process including empl. branding. Transformed the role of recruiter from admin role to hiring manager ́s partner & adviserWith team of 23 reports in three locations made almost 5.000 new hires (from support roles to top management level). I was leading team responsible for smooth execution of L&D related requests of internal clients. My main objectives were to increase process efficiency and manage&control budget for L&D activities.

This role provided to me an excellent opportunity to deeply explore and understand all elements of modern retail banking. I was providing operative support, consultancy, translation services. In the same time I was responsible for internal newsletter and event management.

Our team was providing broad-scale of supporting activities and tools to retail distribution networks, where branch manager were our main clients. Projects and activities included: Induction program for new manages, process and sales efficiency education, sales results analysis and recovery plans design. In was implementing model of direct-in-field support - rather than just giving instructions from "ivory tower" (HQ). Our basic duties also included: design of sales contests, MGM acquisition tools, fleet offers.

I was working on portfolio of projects focused on increasing sales efficiency and performance of retail distribution network (e.g. activation of dormant clients, decreasing clients outflow). I was also creating sales scripts and sales argumentation for various products and campaigns.
