Martin Grinberg is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of successfully founding multiple companies. With over two decades of experience in the tech industry, Martin's journey began in 2002 when he founded his first company while working in Corporate, having achieved his personal goals in a corporate setting he decided to move full-time into entrepreneurship and founded his second company in 2018.For the past 6 years, Martin has served as the CEO of Digital Smart Group and then Vanguard Software Factory as well as helping other companies as advisor.Committed to giving back, Martin has dedicated the past years as a mentor and investor aspiring entrepreneurs for organisations such as PWN, Aberdeen University and the UBS Professional Women Network. Martin is actively involved in the UBS GEN, a community comprising approximately 250 founders.Martin holds an MBA, complementing his educational background in Industrial Engineering and Electronics Technology.
