• Part of a group of agility coaches, who were tasked with helping the society begin their journey of organisational change from a traditional Development Centre model to a Cross Functional Value Stream model.
• Assisting the society in identifying value streams, organising the people around them to deliver end to end value and devising experiments to test growth hypotheses, whilst maintaining site of what it means for the.
• Facilitating, guiding and advising leadership on OKR’s, forecasting and producing Roadmaps to clearly articulate the vision and outcomes they were looking to achieve.
• Responsible for coaching in excess of 50 individuals on a one-to-one basis. This ranged from relatively short-term relationships that lasted 6-12 weeks, to some that are still with me 18 months later. Coaching of this.

• Responsible for coaching and building high performing teams within a Scaled Agile environment (SAFe) on a $200m global project.
• Initial setup and coaching of 3 cross continental teams (USA, UK and India) to achieve a base level of performance before focusing on 2 teams to drive relentless improvement. As the teams grew, these were split, so I.
• Coaching of Lean-Agile, SAFe and Scrum principles to the team through simulation, theming and experimentation, allowing them to mature as an autonomous, self-managing unit.
• Coaching and mentoring of individuals on a regular basis to expand their potential, invite possibilities and helping them to set and keep clear intentions. This has helped improve the performance of teams across.
• Facilitated a transition from Scrum to Kanban in 4 out of 5 teams to enhance visualisation of flow and bottlenecks.
• Participation and Facilitation of key ceremonies within SAFe: PI planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, Daily Scrums, Solution Demos, PI Inspect and Adapt, Feature and Story grooming along.

• Performed Servant Leader role for both co-located and distributed teams to help them learn more about the Agile mind set, Scrum and ultimately, guide them on their journey to becoming more mature, self-managing.

• Facilitate continuous improvement from both multiple near shore development partners, along with onshore resources.
