Movesta is a startup company with a mission of reinventing the housing market. As a UX Design Lead my role included:- Leading the design direction of Movesta's digital customer touch points- Creating design solutions balancing business goals and creating a great user epxerience - Setting design process and tooling, including creating a design system- Carrying out user research- Producing Swedish copy for different digital touchpoints, from web site to automated emails and other market communication- Designing social media ads and other marketing material

For over two decades I worked at award-winning Service and UX Design agency Antrop, which I co-founded in 2001. During my time at Antrop I worked with a lot of different projects, teams and companies, from small startups, to scaleups and large corporations. I have always moved between all parts of the design process. From stategy and user research, through concept and ideation to detailed design. Below are some examples of assignments I worked on at Antrop.

Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden

As a Senior UX designer in the Volvo Cars Mobile cluser I worked closely together with developers, engineers, product managers and other designers to continuously improve the Volvo Cars mobile app. I also designed a new version of Volvo Cars' app for Apple Watch which I really enjoyed. Working with such a small surface really forces you to focus on the most important features only.

I worked as a Senior Product Designer in a team responsible for the systems and tools used by doctors, nurses and other staff at Kry's physical healthcare centers in Sweden. The work included capturing complex requirements by interviewing staff at the healthcare centers as well as collecting input from medical, legal and technical experts. I then transformed these insights into designs for the care portal used by clinicians as well as other internal tools used by non-medical staff within Kry. The team worked with a fast-paced agile process continuously bringing new and updated features to our users and in that way improving their daily work of helping patients.

My task was to redesign a complex and multi-step registration process for the ZealiD mobile app to make sure it was quick and easy while at the same time fulfilling all technical and legal requirements. I facilitated a number of workshops with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to capture all different requirements. Based on these I iteratively created a new design for the registration process part of the mobile app. To ensure that the new process also provided a good user experience I built an interactive prototype and tested it with users in France and Germany. As part of creating the new design I also built a design system for the ZealiD mobile app with all colors, styles, icons, illustrations and components needed to implement the new mobile app.

Peltarion built an innovative AI platform that allowed users to create, test and deploy AI models without having to be an AI expert (the company was acquired by game developer King in 2022 and the platform is no longer publicly available). AI and deep learning is a complex scientific area. To create a visual, simple tool that can be used by both non-expert and expert users is not a trivial task. In my role as a product designer I worked closely with product owners, developers and Machine Learning engineers to improve the user interface of the platform.My work included carrying out user tests, facilitating workshops with various stakeholders within the company and creating detailed designs and prototypes. During my time at Peltarion I also initiated a switch to Figma (from Sketch + Abstract) and created a structured design system.
