I worked in several telephony projects in Colombia and other countries in South America being responsible for:– Design, implementation and support of Fixed Core Network solutions for telephone companies including TDM and NGN technologies in my starting position as Fixed Core Network Engineer.– Writing technical project documentation in order to have an optimal planning, obtain the desired quality results and to keep a record of all the changes made during the project.– Controlling the schedule, cost and quality variables in my position as a Project Manager.– Giving technical training to customers on telephony areas after the implementation was completed.– Coordination of outsourcing installation teams from different companies during the project implementation.
