Martín is an engineer with an MBA degree who has worked in management positions in Argentina and Peru for the past 20 years. He has been involved in the electrical market business since 1997 for a regulated electrical utility. He directed all the commercial processes of the utility (purchase energy in a wholesale market and billing in bulk and in the retail market) and he was the leader and coordinator of both internal and external teams performing the Regulated Tariff Revision Studies. He has a wide knowledge of the Regulated Markets Models (specifically Price Cap and Cost Plus models). He has a broad knowledge in Finance, Economics and Future and Options Markets of energy.He was committed to develop new businesses for the company and stockholders. The Areas involved were Telecommunications, Energy Efficiency, Distributed Generation, Customer Services and other business opportunities. In addition, he is recognized for his skills and practice in analysis and forecast trade electric energy (purchase and sales) and energy losses.As Studies Unit Coordinator, Martín was leading a staff team that helps the CEO on the future strategies for the company, advised structure changes in the organization.During the period between November 2005 and July 2008, he had been focus in new developments and re-engineering for problems inside the collection process and diversifies accessibility for the customers.Between July 2008 and May 2010, as New Business Manager, he has committed to developed new ways to increase non-regulated incomes for the holding.Between June 2010 and November 2014, Martin has been named North Branch Manager at ECOS SA (Empresa de Construcción y Servicios S.A.).
