As Field Service Engineer I'm responsible to deliver all service activities, including installation, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, refurbishments, validations, site surveys etc. The Netherlands as territory.• Diagnose and repair the ImmunoDiagnostics analysers, which include preventative maintenance visits and installations.• Troubleshoot customer-related problems regarding instrument and application.• Ensure preventive maintenance inspections and service modifications are completed in the specific time frames.• Work closely with the Field Service team within UNI cluster.• Support on request Field Service activities in The UK.• Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and reportsResponsible for scheduling own workload within the structure of the service team, allowing to organise and prioritise work within the area.
