Furthermore I was also a part of FMC's global Diversity and Inclusion advisory board.FMC Corporation acquired Cheminova in April 2015. I continued working with talent acquisition and employer branding as I did in Cheminova, with specific focus on the EMEA region which counts more the 2000 employees.Part of the global COE for Talent Acquisition and working with a variety of talent activities at a global and regional level - both strategically and operationally. Main focus was to bridge the FMC and legacy Cheminova Talent Acquisition practices and develop a more strategic and global unified Talent Acquisition practices that links together with our Talent Management pratices.
