I serve a broad base of national and international clients in the consumer products, manufacturing, fashio, telecom, biotechnology, computer, media, and entertainment fields. In my prosecution and counseling practice, I advise clients on selection and adoption of marks, and renders opinions on the availability and proper use of trademarks and design. I prepare, file, and prosecute Danish and European trademark and design applications through the opposition and appeal process, and work with companies in planning international filing strategies.
