Personal perspective on quality managementAs a convinced and enthusiastic quality specialist, I am committed to ensuring that your company achieves better performance in the long term, for the benefit of the customer but also for the company itself. Regardless of the industry or company, my priorities as a quality manager are the following:▪️ I focus on customer needs and use a structured process to permanently ensure that the company's performance is in line with the customer's requirements (quality management = strategic necessity).▪️ I listen to the customer when he actively reports and indicates that his expectations of a product / service have not been met (complaint management).▪️ I regularly get the customer opinion proactively. The information obtained in this way can be used internally to optimize service provision (customer surveys and transactional measurements).▪️ There are no processes that are so good that they cannot be improved (continuous improvement process). I use internal knowledge of employees skillfully to make the company better as a whole.▪️ It is of central importance how a company communicates with its customers.
