I use special projects and motivational activities to teach students who have some knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary how to speak in English. I also have to do some research.

Taught English to elementary school students as part of the school's afternoon program.

- Developed English conversation skills in Yongin University Students

- Created manuals and sales documents for all of BaKo's machines- Taught clients to use the machines- Acted as a cultural liaison with companies outside of Asia- Created and maintained the BaKo website

As a teacher, I- taught about 1,400 homeroom and 30,000 other students English- formed a team that fixed and maintained the computers, printers and photocopiers the teachers needed- was a member of the team that reorganized and revived the "Speechcasting" content area and changed it to "Broadcasting"- became the camp's lead photographerAs the Broadcasting Content Area Leader, I- supervised and evaluated teachers in the content area- ensured the training of new teachers- directed content area curriculum development for different programs- ensured the equipment and classrooms were maintained

- Taught credit and non credit courses in conversation, writing and research.- Member of the team that unified the curriculum of mandatory first and second year English courses- Member of the team that wrote the conversation class text for the final term I was there

- Developed and taught credit courses to students in basic, intermediate and advanced English conversation and science writing- Developed the curriculum and materials for the Science Writing course- Started a club of high level students whose members subsequently left Korea to study in a variety of other countries- Advised students in English use for extra curricular projects that dealt with entities in other countries

- Taught English conversation courses- Started a student broadcasting club "Power EBC" to create "radio" shows online

- Supervised a detachment of 7 soldiers, ensuring they were trained, fed and ready to do their jobs safely, effectively and quickly- Maintained and deployed a howitzer, with a truck and accessories needed to maintain and fire it- Moved convoys of trucks, guns and equipment between bases- Organized the manning of 3 to 6 guns, a command post and a recce party for shoots- Aided in deciding who in the unit should receive available courses- Taught technical and gunnery courses, as well as basic military training courses- Acted as Course Warrant on courses, where I was responsible for maintaining the discipline and performance of both students and teachers- Occasionally acted as Battery Sergeant Major, in charge of the soldiers and equipment required to run up to 6 howitzers- Received the CO's Sticker for top gun performance in 1992, the same year our regiment won the award for best reserve artillery regiment in Canada
