Role Description: I provide technical support to the whole Sales Department making sure they are fully equipped and trained when meeting with clients. Responsible for liaising with different stakeholders such as: Lighting Consultants, Architects, Engineers, Distributors and other Clients across the Oceania Region. I create and organise specific Market Educational Activities for the aforementioned stakeholders such as: Workshops, CPD initiatives, Events and Products Presentations in order to amplify the Company’s reach. Main Achievements: after being a part of the Sales Department for almost 3 years I was promoted to Technical Manager as my technical knowledge was key to support the entire Company’s operation. Together with specific Market Educational Activities I created a Lighting Specifier Guide to support the Lighting Specifiers on how to best apply our products in their projects. With these tools we managed to improve the Company’s Market Perception and eventually generate revenue through an impeccable sales process.
