Martin is a Partner at Dasti, McGuckin, McNichols, Connors, Anthony & Buckley Law Firm located in Forked River and Toms River, New Jersey. He is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Martin is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Ocean County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutors Association. He also serves as Executive Director of the CSM Robert Gallagher Charitable Foundation (“CSMRGCF”). More familiarly known as the “Blackhawk Bob Foundation,” CSMRGCF serves to raise funds and other support for post 9/11 veterans who are in need of assistance in the greater Ocean County, New Jersey area. Martin graduated from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE with a Juris Doctor degree in May 2015. In May 2012, Martin graduated from St. Joseph's University in Philadelpha, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing while participating in the five year Food Marketing Cooperative Education program. As part of the co-op program, he had three internship experiences with McNeil Nutritionals (a Johnson & Johnson company), Lehigh Valley Dairy, and Rita's Franchise Company. Martin was also very active on campus in various business related organizations such as the Business Leadership Council, where he served as the group's Chair and Vice-Chair. He is also a brother in Delta Sigma Pi, America's foremost professional fraternity for men and women pursuing a career in business. As a brother in DSP, Martin served as the Chapter's Vice President of Pledge Education and Chapter Vice President. Martin also served two years as the Vice President of Communications for St. Joseph's chapter of the American Marketing Association. Lastly, Martin was active in other clubs on campus such as the Food Marketing Association and the Entrepreneurship Society.
