Key customers include Lamb Weston, Maruchan and Impossible Foods.• Directed accounting, budgeting, forecasting, AR, AP, costing, payroll and inventory activities for the company.• Created budgets and forecasts for sales, operations, administrative, sourcing and trading on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Led monthly and annual forecast review meetings to assess and communicate variances. Recommended initiatives that led to margin enhancements and cost savings.• Ensured timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis in compliance with all regulatory guidelines and GAAP.• Engaged and partnered with department heads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate the management of financial risks and opportunities. Resulted in margin increases year over year on a per pound basis of 8 mils, or $1.7M.• Prepared and reviewed monthly mark-to-market (M2M) analysis of $20-25M in oil inventory, factoring in sales usage and costs.• Maintained the balance sheet and controlled fixed asset accounting and reporting.
