    I can finally reveal what I've been working on for the last couple of years, since leading the sale of Stroma. For over a decade, in addition to running private equity backed businesses I have also been the director of a resident management company. Like all directors of resident management companies, I've given up my time for free, to protect the interests of neighbours. Our development was managed by a market leading property management company, but the systems, processes and people that they deployed were woefully short of the service levels expected by clients in commercial or public sector buildings. I think that directors and residents living in leaseholder developments deserve better. So with a small team of trusted colleagues, we have created ALLRES. ALLRES have a simple, transparent framework to help directors make the best use of their time and make good decisions; all supported by our own purpose-built software and our network of skilled managers.
