Allowing them to create jobs, improve profits, to be supported by a happy and efficient workforce and - for some- to re-find their passion for their business and to get some time back for their personal lives.Martin is a tutor on the Goldman Sachs funded 10,000 Small Businesses Programme which is run by the Said Business School at the University of Oxford, he also works closely with the Centre for Enterprise at Manchester Metropolitan University including on their MBA programme. He was an approved coach on the Government’s Growth Accelerator Scheme and also coaches for Bentley Motors, Novartis & the Co-Op.His specialty areas are strategic planning, sales and marketing, financial management and business metrics (keeping his clients on top of those numbers that drive their growth) – also helping them to build high performance teams and to deal with the leadership and people management challenges that occur every day.In addition – and possibly most important of all – helping them to put in place the leadership structures and disciplines that will make sure that – having created their plan - they actually stick to it and achieve their growth ambitions.Martin is Vice Chair of the board of PANDA (the Performing Arts Network & Development Agency) and a board member at Just Psychology. He also acts as an advisor to the charity Act4Africa helping them to achieve their vision of educating 5 million African youngsters about HIV/Aids in 5 years.Martin is married with 3 children.
