I work primarily as a back end engineer on Digital Goods Tribe. My main OKR is to ensure every digital transaction is fulfilled properly to the end user. I help the platform maintain 95% Fulfillment Success Rate at any given time, and escalate and resolve any external partner related issues with the help of the ops and business team. I also help my team and business unit grow our platform to reach an even more user base with our myriads of products available with an average of 3 new integrations with external digital partners each sprint, while keeping things scalable and maintainable with fewest technical debts as possible. Internally, I also maintain and serve as a gatekeeper for some internal websites, responsible for deploying changes on a regular basis for feature, bug fixing, and improvement. I write various web API, cron jobs, gRPC, and GQL apps mostly in Go with most of them having above 90% code coverage and uptime of around 99%. Having maintained both internal and front-facing user services has taught me what it truly means to deliver and maintain a scalable and working app under this ever-growing industry. Our aim is to democratize through technology, to keep building an ecosystem where purchasing goods, including paying bills and other liabilities, becomes more and more accessible digitally for everyone.

I work as a part of Enterprise Solution, creating various customized reports sent to emails written using HTML and PHP Laravel on a regular basis (daily, hourly, etc) using automated cron jobs on Linux Ubuntu server spawned using Digital Ocean Cloud Provider, alongside with executive dashboards that are tailored to meet the requirements of each enterprise client or other high priority end user. I mostly use standard HTML5 and CSS with a fairly simple and well-known framework such as Bootstrap for the front end, paired with vanilla JavaScript, using jQuery and a customized personal library that wraps the AJAX implementation. As for the back end, those dashboards websites are mostly written in PHP using Laravel and (a slightly modified) CodeIgniter framework, with Postgres for the database, and Apache for the webserver. I also maintain both the front end and back end (fullstack) for several websites that are used internally within the company, also mostly written in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Some of the internal websites also utilize Laradock to streamline the usage of PHP and Apache.
