Growing up and living in South Florida for the last 49 years has been awesome. After being born in Columbus, Ohio, my parents had the good sense to move to South Florida a few months later. I started my formal education with my degree from the University of Florida in 1997, the year the Gators won the National Championship (although I am a die hard Buckeye Fan). I then graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2000 with my Law and MBA degree, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. Interviewing with my boss for what I thought was a position he could place me, turned into him recruiting me to work for him. Things have a funny way of working out and 21 years later, my first job continues to be my only job and doing anything else seems unthinkable. Some professional highlights include, finishing #3 in the world as a solo recruiter and #1 in the South Atlantic Region in 2003. The next year, we evolved and started to build out a team, and finished ranked #3 in the South Atlantic Region. In 2005, we moved up to #2 in the South Atlantic Region and #9 in the World. In 2006, nothing was more rewarding than finishing #1 Worldwide in the MRI Network out of 4,500 recruiters. For an encore in 2007, we hit a milestone surpassing our 2006 billings and making my first “C” level placement for a 6 figure + fee.Having balance in life is most important to me. Being married to Randi, who has blessed me with 3 daughters, ages 20, 18 & 17 has changed my life.In 2015, I took over the business from my boss of 15 years and started @nswerquest Technologies, www.answerquestIT.com, with my outstanding team continuing doing what we love to do. In 2016, the 1st year as AQT, we did 50% more than our previous best year ever. On October 10th, 2020 I celebrated my 20th work anniversary. In 2021, by October, we had our best year ever....in 21 years and still going hard, in 2025
