Member of the Telco advisory team - I have participated on the following projects:- Telecommunications operator in Slovakia - FTTC/FTTH Rollout review - complex review of the existing FTTC/FTTH rollout landscape at ST and identification of space for improvement in terms of cost and time efficiency in order to meet the rollout targets of ST throughout all steps in the next eight years.- Telecommunications operator - Digital transformation QA - QA review of documentation consistency from business requirements through IT architecture, design, development and testing (BRs, business processes, TRM, wireframes, IT design, UI, test cases, …). Output was comprehensive solution and roadmap to improve overall document consistency. Extensively worked with JIRA and Confluence.- Public entity in Slovakia - Design and rollout plan of publicly funded NGA network - prepared extensive study to demonstrate the feasibility of the planned investment into deployment of broadband infrastructure based on European Commission subsidies and requirements for selected whitespots in Slovak Republic (areas with insufficient NGA coverage).- State regulator - NGA market definition for regulatory purposes - definition of 3 fixed line relevant markets (3a, 3b and 4) in reaction to new EU regulation and separation of Czech mobile market incumbent into two companies.- Telecommunications operator in Russia - Outsourcing feasibility - complex outsourcing project for countrywide network outsourcing. I was tasked with initial setup of PMO for the project.- Municipality - Wireless network review and future concept - review of current state of network to identify potential issues and risks. Based on it's results potential strategic scenarios for network development were defined (technology and operations) including their business case and then evaluated based on jointly defined criteria.

Consolidation of savings areas across multiple project streams mainly in IT area in three years horizon. My role: initial setup of the project and preparation of senior and executive management presentations.- Transportation company - security audit of system for electronic communication (my focus was network architecture, security including review of several firewalls, routers and switches).- Telecommunications operator – Design of a new TOM including a new process model that supports realized outsourcing and gathering of business requirements for respective changes in IT systems.
