Most senior student position in halls of residence - managed a team of Living Support Assistants to ensure student wellbeing at Wolfson Hall:- Started working in a team to ensure well-being and safety of approx. 250 students in 2017 and thanks to my consistent results got promoted to the ultimately highest position of the warden- Used my experience to train and manage the Living Support Assistant team consisting of up to 7 members- Liaised operational issues with senior staff- Organised numerous inclusive social events, such as movie nights, sports tournaments, debate sessions, which helped hundreds of students connect with their peers- Set up a dedicated rota scheduling software which increased punctuality without increasing workloads for all involved parties- Introduced digital feedback forms which resulted in optimisation of upgrades based directly on students’ concerns
